NEW 1:1 COACHING CONTAINER FOR SPRING GROWTH

There is something about Spring which just feels so good for focusing on our goals and dreams. The return of the sun and seeing nature start to awaken all around us, is the perfect message for our subconscious. I always have rituals for growth at the Equinox, but sometimes we have all the ideas but without any accountability we can sometimes flounder. If this feels a bit of you, I got you!

As we head towards Spring Equinox join me 1:1 to work through your goals and intentions for spring and beyond. Think of me as your garden buddy, here to help you plant some amazing seeds and watch them grow. We’ll work together over 8 weeks to:

• sow the seeds of your intentions
• identify any limiting beliefs and solidify positive habits
• focus on gentle growth, just like nature
• keeping you focused and accountable, but with no hard pressure, just positive steps forward

A guide to working together:

A 2 hour call in week 1 to plant the seeds of your vision. We’ll chat about what you want your spring to look and feel like and set the intentions together through visualisation techniques, planning and prioritising. We’ll also acknowledge any limiting beliefs and blocks that could come up, and cultivate habits

Weeks 2-3 we’ll be preparing the ‘soil’, reviewing the plan and guiding you to take the small steps to action, through whatsapp communication

• Throughout the 8 weeks I’ll be in regular contact with you as your guide and mentor

Weeks 4-5 we will start to see shoots… we’ll be checking in with a 1 hour call to review how things are going. There may be obstacles to tackle and I’ll guide you through overcoming them – and we’ll be celebrating the small wins as they come in!

Weeks 6-7 look at any further nourishment that is needed and see how you can stay motivated. We enter a phase of bloom and adjustment – what is working and what needs tweaking?

In our final week, we will have another 1 hour call to look at how you are harvesting your rewards, reflecting on what’s growing and what needs adjustment, and what future planning needs to come next for sustainability and future growth.

And of course we’ll be celebrating all your wins!
