Please make sure you read these Terms of Service, which you are bound by if you book a place on the Inner Goddess Awakening Mallorca Retreat 2026, run by Lina Della Luna and Paula Rooney, herby termed as ‘we’ and/or The Vessel and the Bloom.
1. Booking and Deposit
To secure your place on the retreat, either a non-refundable retainer of £444 is required at the time of booking during the early bird period or the full balance is due. Your place is not confirmed until a payment has been received and cleared. By making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Payment Schedule and Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due no later than 10th July 2026. Should you wish to cancel your attendance within 7 days of booking, you will receive a refund less £200 of the payment made to cover fees and administrate costs.
We understand that life can change; however, due to the exclusive nature of the Osa Major venue and the once-in-a-lifetime timing of the eclipse, our cancellation policy is as follows:
We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance that covers “cancel for any reason” to protect your investment.
Recovery of Costs: In the event of non-payment or late cancellation, we reserves the right to take legal action to recover the full cost of the booking, plus any associated legal or debt-collection fees.
4. Travel and Transfers
Attendees are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI).
Transfers to the venue are not included, and information will be given in the retreat pack.
We are not liable for any flight delays, cancellations, or lost luggage.
5. Health and Physical Ability
Our retreat involves movement, ritual, and time spent in the Mallorcan landscape. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions (including mental), physical limitations, or severe allergies (including dietary) via a questionnaire which will be sent in the retreat pack one months before. The retreat centre holds some possible challenges for those who may have mobility issues – please discuss before booking your place if this is relevant for you.
As this retreat is curated for those who navigate life through the female biological and hormonal blueprint, attendees confirm they meet this criteria upon booking.
It should be noted that whilst the retreat is aimed at all-female participation, there will be a male tech assistant on site to assist with the set up, logistics and content capture, and who may join the group in certain scenarios such as mealtimes. Please get in touch with us should this cause concern.
6. Photography and Media
Lina Della Luna is a professional photographer and may (or a member of her team) capture images and video during the retreat for future event marketing, with sensitivity.
By attending, you consent to your likeness being used in promotional material.
If you wish to remain anonymous or opt-out of photography, you must notify us in writing before the retreat begins.
7. Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe and sacred container, all attendees agree to abide by our Code of Conduct. We are committed to providing an environment free from harassment, discrimination, and disruptive behaviour.
Zero Tolerance for Abuse: We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of verbal, physical, or emotional abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, bullying, intimidation, harassment, or any form of discriminatory language directed toward fellow guests, staff, or facilitators.
Respect for the Container: Attendees are expected to honour the sacred nature of the rituals and the privacy of others. What is shared within the group remains within the group and is not for broadcast. Mobile phones or other technological devices are not permitted during classes, rituals and exercises, and should be left in bedrooms. Notes must not be taken on these devices, rather in a notebook only.
Substance Use: To ensure the safety of the shamanic and ritual work, we ask that guests remain mindful of their consumption. Any substance use that becomes disruptive or endangers the safety or experience of the group will be grounds for immediate removal.
Right of Removal: We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to require any attendee to leave the retreat immediately if their conduct is deemed abusive, harmful, or significantly disruptive to the group container.
Financial Liability for Removal: In the event of a forced removal due to a breach of this Code of Conduct, no refunds will be issued for any portion of the retreat fee. Furthermore, the attendee will be responsible for all costs associated with their early departure and travel from the venue.
8. Force Majeure
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or venue closure), we will offer a credit for a future retreat or a partial refund where possible, less any non-recoverable costs paid to third-party suppliers.
