I can’t quite believe it but Lina Della Luna was 2 last month!
What started out as a desire to share my Moonology™ knowledge has become the most wonderful vocation for me; empowering others through holistic business coaching and spiritual mentoring.
Going down the business coaching route was never my intention, but when clients started coming to me with a desire to have a more holistic approach to their businesses, they were tired, burnt out and massively losing touch with their own intuition, I knew that this little ‘Moonology’ business had to evolve. Over the last nine months it really has, and I am so fulfilled helping entrepreneurs rediscover their purpose.
A key part of my holistic business coaching approach is my placing equal importance on wellness. It was never supposed to be this way, this 24/7 world. When did burning the candle at both ends become a badge of honour? (Ok, I know, the 80s largely.) Well there are no prizes here for burning yourself out and dying young I tell you.
I am proof, after almost twenty years of running my own businesses, that you can live a life attuned to the seasons and cycles of life, take time off without guilt, and put your mental health first, and still thrive. In fact, you probably don’t need me to tell you that you will thrive even more if you do.
