New Year Online Moon Circle: a moment of pause

Join me for a slightly different circle to start the New Year. Embracing the energy of a slow Sunday, we will look ahead to 2024 and gently reflect on the previous year through wellbeing exercises and nourishing discussion, as well as taking you through a live drum journey of discovery to finish.

With my online Moon circles, which are open to any gender identity, I create a safe space for discussion around the holistic and spiritual areas of our life.
