Join your guides Paula Rooney and Lina Orsino-Allen (aka Lina Della Luna) on the stunning island of Mallorca for a unique women’s retreat structured to guide your transformation. We provide the sacred container for you to shed your burdens and allow the powerful, awakened woman to re-emerge. Because she has always been there.
This immersive experience guides you from deep release to the fullest expression of your true self, the Goddess you are. The Solar Eclipse offers a super-charged moment for a life reset, and we guide you with the tools and environment to harness it.
The sequence of activities is subject to refinement as we curate the final experience.
🌹 We begin with our Opening Circle and grounding practices. This afternoon and evening focuses on intention-setting and gentle creative embodiment as we gather to design and create your own symbolic Headdress – a beautiful, tangible crown of your authentic power.
🌹 This entire day is dedicated to getting curious about your limiting beliefs and barriers through profound enquiry and release work, aligned with the energies of the Dark Moon phase. We engage in Guided Meditations and Powerful Journeying designed to support deep reflection and clearing. There will be some free time for a fresh dip in the pool, walk through the resonant land or take a well-earned nap. We will then culminate the day with a powerful Release Ceremony, symbolically honouring the release of whatever is holding us back, and those ‘I am not enough’ stories becoming ash.
🌹 We prepare the body and energy field with gentle Movement and Meditation before transitioning to high-vibrational work. There will be some free time for a fresh dip in the pool, walk through the resonant land or take a well-earned nap. The day culminates at sunset with the rare Total Solar Eclipse*. This moment of darkness invites your commitment to change, which will then be supported by a beautiful Sound Journey.

All of this will take place in the stunning retreat centre that is Osa Major in Mallorca. Hidden away in the peaceful countryside, Osa Major is a private yoga and wellness retreat venue in Mallorca where nature, comfort, and connection come together. The finca rests at the end of a winding road, surrounded by ancient olive trees and overlooking the sun-drenched pastures of rural Mallorca. As well as the comfortable accommodation, beautiful grounds and gorgeous pool, each day we will also provide you with three nourishing vegetarian meals and snacks to support your practice and elevation.

*please note, although this retreat takes place during the Solar Eclipse, this is not a retreat focussed around viewing the Eclipse itself. We are investigating a possible viewing but it is not guaranteed, as the priority of this retreat is the inner work itself.

All accommodation was intended for two people sharing. We have chosen this format intentionally to foster a sense of connection and shared journey. Saying that, we completely understand that sometimes you just want your own space, and so many of the rooms have rates for solo use.
There is a unique value in having a companion to process the day’s insights with – a natural sounding board for your personal growth. Whether you view this as a deepening of sisterhood or simply a way to anchor your experience on this women’s retreat in Mallorca through conversation, many attendees find that the bonds formed in these shared spaces become one of the most transformative parts of the retreat.

If friends would like to share together, please note the ‘share together’ rate to book at the same time. State the name of the person you are share with in the box at the checkout. Travel and flights to the venue in Mallorca, however information to assist in coordination will be provided. We recommend aiming to be at Palma de Mallorca by 3pm on 10th August and we will likely be finished by midday on 13th August.
